Ginnie Whitaker is a strategic leader with extensive experience managing statewide initiatives and building cross-sector partnerships. As Senior Program Director at the Florida Department of Education, she worked closely with sponsors, foundations, school districts and post-secondary institutions to design and implement large-scale programs and events that brought together partners from across Florida.
She has led major statewide initiatives, managed grants and contracts and coordinated collaborations that strengthened partnerships between public and private organizations. Ginnie has also represented the state at national conferences and convenings, helping expand partnerships and share best practices.
Known for her collaborative leadership style and strong relationship-building skills, Ginnie excels at aligning stakeholders to execute complex initiatives with statewide impact.
