Biography: Jesse Pisors, Ed.D. became the fifth president of Pasco-Hernando State College on February 1, 2024. As a seasoned leader with a deep commitment to facilitating transformation through education, his experience in the field has spanned more than 25 years. Pisors has demonstrated an ability to drive positive growth, enhance student experiences and strengthen community ties. Previously, he served as vice president at two public universities: Texas A&M University-San Antonio (TAMUSA) and University of Houston-Victoria (UHV). Pisors holds a doctorate in higher education administration from Texas Tech University, a master’s degree from Oral Roberts University and bachelor’s in history from Oral Roberts University.

Biography: Lisa Richardson, Ed.D., currently serves as Vice President of Advancement, Innovation and Strategic Partnerships for Pasco-Hernando State College.
During the 25 plus years that Richardson has been with the College, she has actively served within the community and on various boards including Premier Community Healthcare, the Greater Dade City Chamber of Commerce, Pepin Academies and as an inaugural member of the Pasco County Commission on the Status of Women. Richardson has also participated in a variety of leadership programs offered by the College, the State and most recently the American Association of Community Colleges.
As Vice President of Advancement, Innovation and Strategic Partnerships, Richardson is responsible for leading and managing the PHSC Foundation and the College's strategic initiatives in respect to alumni and community relations, strategic partnerships, marketing and communications, grant acquisitions/ management and the Institute for Nursing & Allied Health Advancement.

Biography: Jennifer Neal-Jimenez, MD, is an accomplished physician with 20 years of experience in academic, clinical and research leadership roles. She is not new to Pasco Hernando State College. During the past 10 years, she has been an Adjunct Faculty for the Biological Sciences Department. She has proven expertise in strategic planning and data-driven decision-making, with a strong track record of advancing new programs and initiatives through critical phases, coupled with a strong academic background. She is dedicated to advancing public health education and adept in strategic solutions, making a significant impact as the new Executive Director of the Institute for Nursing and Allied Health Advancement.
