Mildred Diaz Santiago currently serves as the Coordinator of Strategic Partnerships for the Institute for Nursing and Allied Health Advancement at Pasco-Hernando State College. Since joining PHSC in 2013, she has held various roles, including Administrative Assistant to the Provost of the Porter Campus at Wiregrass Ranch. Previously, she spent 13 years at the University of Puerto Rico in Carolina.
Mildred holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Office Systems and Accounting from the University of Puerto Rico and is currently pursuing an Master of Science in Management at the University of South Florida. She is a graduate of PHSC’s President’s Institute and Leaders Expanding Advancement Potential. She has earned several professional certificates, including the Association of Florida Colleges (AFC) Certified College Professional and Next Level Leadership Program.
Actively involved in college initiatives, Mildred has served on multiple PHSC committees, leadership teams and as an advisor for the New Image in Jesus student club. She held leadership roles in the AFC PHSC Chapter, including serving as Chapter President and also served on AFC committees.
Outside of PHSC, she serves as a board member of the Fairways of Quail Hollow Homeowner Association and as a youth leader at her church. A recipient of multiple AFC awards, Mildred’s passion is cultivating growth in others and helping others succeed.
