Governance
The ICoT Governance is chaired by the Vice President (VP) and Chief Information Officer (CIO) and governed by a steering committee composed of representatives from the following key technology-focused departments:
- Information Technology
- Software Development
- Data Science
- Cybersecurity
- Foundation Partners
- IT Operations
Leadership
The center operations will be led by the director of ICoT, who will be responsible for the following:
- Overseeing daily operations and strategic initiatives
- Managing budgets, resources and technology investments
- Reporting on progress, outcomes and technology trends to the steering committee
Team Composition
The ICoT will consist of the following:
- Core Team: A dedicated group of technologists, engineers and project managers focused on technology innovation.
- Advisory Board: A panel of technology experts and thought leaders from within and outside the organization to provide guidance and feedback on technology initiatives.
- Project Teams: Agile teams are formed to work on specific technology projects or initiatives, utilizing a flexible approach to adapt to changing requirements.
Operations

Idea Generation
The ICoT will implement various methods for idea generation, including:
- Tech Hackathons: Intensive coding and brainstorming sessions where teams tackle specific technological challenges.
- Innovation Workshops: Structured sessions focused on emerging technologies, methodologies and best practices
- Open Submissions: A digital platform for employees to submit their technology ideas for evaluation and potential development.
Project Development
Once ideas are generated, the following steps will be taken:
- Evaluation: Ideas will be assessed based on technical feasibility, market potential and alignment with organizational technology goals.
- Prototyping: Selected ideas will be developed into technology prototypes for testing, validation and user feedback.
- Implementation: Successful prototypes will be transitioned into full-scale technology projects with defined timelines, budgets and performance metrics.
Measure and Evaluation
To measure the success of the ICoT, the following metrics will be tracked:
- Number of technological ideas generated and implemented

- Financial impact and Return on Investment (ROI) of implemented technology projects
